Fall/Winter Programs

Kingston United Soccer Club’s Fall and Winter soccer programs continue with what our summer programs offer. We encourage children to be physically active, have fun, and learn the beautiful sport of soccer. Playing soccer teaches children about being part of team, sportsmanship and other important life skills.

We offer Fall and Winter programs that mirror the programs offered in the summer. Information on our Recreational House League programs can be found here.   Information on our Fall and Winter Development programs can be found in August.

Since 2008 KUSC has been proud to offer an Academy program to further the development of competitive soccer players. During the Academy, players learn skills to help them improve their game, and perform at their highest potential.

The Academy offers low player to qualified coach ratio, No Boards “Open Field” development and Staff Coaches with Pre B Qualifications or higher.

Technical Skills Development

  1. Small Sided Play
  2. 3-Moments of the Game: Own team has possession, loss of possession and opponent has possession

Multi-Sport Athlete Development

  1. Balance, Coordination & Agility Training
  2. Gymnastics—Soccer specific training
  3. Speed training

Players will be scheduled a one hour session mid week between 5:00 and 7:00pm @ Quarry Sportsplex as well as a one hour session on Saturdays. The Winter Session of the Academy will end the week of March 8 to 12 at the Quarry Sportsplex and the final Saturday is March 27th at Lasalle Secondary School. We will again offer this exciting program next fall. Check back with us in August for updates
