House League Fees
Your House League registration fee includes a full uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks), KUSC soccer ball for all U4 and U5 players, individual and team photos for all U4-U10 players, an end of season tournament and participation award for all players.
Fees for the 2011 Outdoor Season

Other Information
We do our best to accommodate friend requests however not all can be honoured. Teams are formed by April 30th. Requests received after April 30th are much more difficult to accommodate.
It is important to note that applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not hold spots for anyone & there is no guarantee a spot will be available.
In order for the player to be registered, the registration fee must be paid (registration is complete once the bank clears the cheque) and all sections of the registration form completed. Post-dated cheques must be post-dated no later than April 15th.
Refund Policy
A charge of $30 applies to all NSF cheques. All requests for a refund MUST BE MADE IN WRITING by mail or email to the Club General Manager. An administration fee of $25 applies to all withdrawals before June 1, 2010. No refunds after May 23, 2010. After deadline, a $50 maximum refund will be processed if medical documentation is provided stating the player cannot continue due to injury. All refund cheques will be issued after June 30, 2010
Family members are defined as those that share at least one parent.
- Online registrations will be open from February 10 – April 24, 2011. All Online registrations need to be paid with your online registration. Payment is accepted through PayPal, or credit card only online.
- Download a registration form from our website (both pages must be submitted) and submit the completed original form to us by April 18 3:00 pm. We do not have an office to accept registrations. Please be sure to include your cheque or money order – NO cash in the mail.
